Effective date: June 2026
Unless explicitly outlined in a custom client contract, a standard 30% initial project setup deposit is required to initialize project planning, scoping worksheets, and custom UI/UX mockup layouts. Once work on visual mockups has commenced, this deposit is non-refundable.
We work in structured phases (e.g. Discovery, Strategy, Design, Development, Launch). Payments completed upon the completion and approval of specific milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
A client is eligible for a full 100% refund of initial deposits only if GrowthStack fails to initiate project planning or scoping work within 7 working days from approved contract execution, or in the case of mutual agreement prior to layout creation.
Approved refund claims are verified, finalized, and processed back to the client's original payment source within 7-10 standard business days.
