4. Limitation of Liability

GrowthStack delivers custom digital services and software on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, server delays, or operational anomalies. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
